We feel our rates are very competitive with other cleaning companies. We charge by the hour, not by the job and our minimum is two hours. We typically quote a project based on square footage, the number of bathrooms and bedrooms, what condition the home/office is in and what you are exactly looking for in a cleaning. This quote will take just a few minutes over the phone or via E-Mail. If you happen to call us and get our voice mail, please leave as much information about your home and we will promptly call you back with a quote!
As far as scheduling goes, we guarantee the same cleaner every time if you go on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleaning. Sporadic or every 3rd week schedules are more difficult to guarantee the same cleaner but we will do our best!
